How to program a gate with a Program/LEARN button
IMPORTANT: If you live in a gated community ALWAYS get permission from property management BEFORE attempting to program your ARQ™ Remote Control.

Open the gate and locate the Program/LEARN button on your gate opener.

(In vehicle): Press and hold the outer buttons on your ARQ™ Remote Control until the green LED stays solid (3-5 seconds).

Press and release the Program/LEARN button on the gate operator.

(In vehicle): Press and release the button twice that you would like to program.

Wait until the gate begins to close (up to 60 seconds).

Immediately press and release any button on your remote control (within 3 seconds of the gate moving).
Test your ARQ™ Remote Control by pressing the button you programmed in step 4. If the gate operator does not activate, repeat the programming.
